Document and track all work performed at our Cardlock locations; repairs, testing, incidents, notice of violations (NOV), maintenance, and track service technician’s productivity.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain all site inspection reports, schedule and record all required testing for each location.
- Coordinate with state inspectors on all site NOV’s and requested cures.
- Coordinate with Pilot Thomas Logistics Environmental Consultant to ensure all site certificates are current, both Weights and Measures and Delivery Certificates.
- Coupa – Request P.O.’s as needed.
- Coordinate with site contractors and technicians on supply orders.
- Troubleshoot site issues using remote connectivity to each site (that is available).
- Dispatch Fuel – Assist Lead Dispatcher as needed.
- Dispatch Technicians – Assist Lead Dispatcher as needed.
Other Functions:
- Special projects as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
