Manages the day-to-day operations and provides administrative support to our Regional Operations and team members. Responsible to identify and implement successful strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and efficiency in all administrative areas.
Provide office employees and other clients with premium customer service; address problems or issues providing seamless service to team members, customers, and vendors.
Manage the document specialist team; build and develop a high performance support culture focused on execution and development of skills and production capabilities.
Manage and oversee all mailroom activities.
Monitor day to day vendor performance (for office supplies, copy machines, mail services, vending etc.) to ensure full compliance with standards established.
Manage and coordinate activities and communications across the office reception function.
Function as point of contact for all office facility special projects.
Develop procedures and policies for general office activities.
Work with property management regarding any building issues.
Interact with office staff and external vendors on office facility issues.
Maintain and oversee the ordering of office supplies for team member desk, kitchen, printers, copiers, etc. and maintain stock.
Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Is alert and observes, corrects and reports unsafe conditions.
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) lbs.
May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrists related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
