Manage revenue and related expense reporting for Economy, thereby ensuring control, accuracy and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary to executive leadership and various stakeholders. Understand business, economic and environmental drivers of Actual Results versus Operating Plans and Forecasts. Manage the financial reporting cycle and ensure that regulatory and compliance requirements are met through maintaining and upholding applicable accounting policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:Essential Responsibilities:
Support Economy in pursuit of financial and operational targets through in-depth analysis, sharing of financial knowledge and capability building with operational leaders.
Direct the monthly, quarterly and annual financial lose and financial reporting processes.
Assist in the creation of the ad hoc reports and analyses, as well as the distribution of these reports to management.
Oversee the annual budgeting process, rolling operating plan and forecast and related financial models.
Help in the analysis of financial data to help guide business initiatives by reviewing historical trends and forecasting future trends.
Create financial models and analyses of financial and operational metrics to evaluate and direct business performance.
Assist in the coordination of the financial and budget activities.
Enhance the company's financial processes, standards and systems.
Special projects as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
5-8 years' supervisory experience in finance or accounting function.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex information and present findings in a simple manner.
Demonstrated leadership in the areas of building effective teams, appropriately developing staff and self.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
Experience coordinating activities across functional lines, required.
Experience in implementing and managing strategic objectives team player in a metric driven environment with a track record of continuous process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
