Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more were recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the Dallas Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Monday, January 22 2018 at the Dallas Arboretum.
Pilot Thomas Logistics was awarded this recognition with a variety of other companies across the Dallas Fort Worth area. This event educated attendees on putting bench marked practices into place that are moving the needle on teammember engagement, recruitment, retention, work-life balance, community investment, and most importantly the bottom line.
This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in industries as diverse as energy, medical, financial services and nonprofit. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories.
