Pilot Thomas Logistics LLC (PTL) successfully completed the strategic acquisition and integration of the assets of Cactus Fuel, LLC’s fuel, lubricants, chemicals,and petroleum services located in the Permian Basin. PTL welcomes the Cactus team members to the PTL platform. With the acquisition, PTL expands and enhances its existing operational presence in the Permian Basin and across the entire West Texas and New Mexico areas.

The entire Cactus Fuel organization has built a loyal team member and customer base with customer centric operations. With the retention of Cactus Fuel’s teammembers and management, the transition for team members, customers andvendors will be seamless.
