November 12, 2018 – Dallas, TX — Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more will be recognized by National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the Dallas Fort Worth’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Dallas Marriott Quorum.
This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in industries as diverse as energy, medical, financial services and nonprofit. (See the following list of honorees.)
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment,Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

The celebratory Symposium will begin with registration; networking and Educational programs as well as a community project with a local non profit organization will follow with a luncheon to follow. The awards presentation will begin at 11:10 a.m. and the program will conclude at 12:00 p.m. Winning companies also vie for the top three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards. The elite award winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
