Business Analyst (Pricing/Data Governance) - Grapevine, TX

As a Business Analyst, you will support decision-making by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering data from various internal and external sources (e.g., Power BI, Excel, various online platforms)
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers that could inform business decisions
  • Practice problem solving skills to root cause issues and errors in process execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Procurement and Sales
  • Participate in testing, validation and implementation of process or system enhancements

Other Functions:

  • Special projects as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new business tools and methods
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others

Education:

  • Internship or project experience related to data analysis, business operations, or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to occasionally lift as much as ten (10) lbs.
  • May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time
