Compensation Analyst - Grapevine, TX

Assist HR management in the administration of compensation programs. This position helps provide support, education and guidance to leadership on compensation practices and should be able to operate under general or minimum supervision.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support and work with HR management to design, implement, and successfully administer compensation, incentive, equity, and other pay for performance programs that support the Company’s strategies, business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals.
  • Assist HR business partners and/or management in all areas of compensation to include market analysis, administration, policies, and legal/regulatory developments related to monetary and non‐monetary forms of compensation.
  • Assist HR management in the design, and coordination and implementation of the annual merit review process including managing overall salary increases within budget and coordination across business units.
  • Manage, calculate, and ensure accuracy of the quarterly bonus plans’ allocation process and the development of all related communications, materials, etc. and ensure equity in competitiveness in the overall total compensation program.
  • Work with HR Management on the long‐term stock incentive program including all communications, reports, etc.
  • Develop policies and procedures for the development and maintenance of an equitable wage and salary structure.
  • Determine total compensation survey process including determination of which surveys to participate in, which to purchase and whether to conduct specialized surveys.
  • Assist in creating and updating all job descriptions which may include FLSA audits and interviews with leadership.
  • Provide ongoing education training on compensation guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 -4 years of corporate compensation experience.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required.
  • Performance Management experience a plus.
  • Experience using HR management systems required; Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience in calculating market analysis required; Salary.com experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, detailed oriented, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of leadership.
  • Service oriented with ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and collaboration with functional leaders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Working Conditions:

  • Have a strong commitment to safe working practices.
  • May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
  • May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
  • May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
