Responsible for diesel inventory daily price controls, computer hardware systems, state taxes and the constant tracking and ordering of all fuels.
Pay: Starting at $100,000 per year DOE
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse (virtual) inventory on a daily basis
- Coordinate movement of deep draft lubricant products from main blending facility in Rancho Dominguez to support all West Coast Terminals.
- Work with blending and manufacturing teams on forecasting changes in demands of marine lubricants to help improve lead times for delivery.
- Build and maintain graphs and charts for long term projection and study.
- Collect, enter and apprise of lubricant inventory for West Coast Marine.
- Track consigned inventories for all deep draft lubricant companies.
- Build and maintain graphs and charts for long term projection and study.
- Reconcile month-end inventory and diligently manage inventory variances.
- Verify quantities shipped and reconcile invoices for receiving.
- Watch expiration date on all deep draft lubricant packaged products and rotate inventory through based on receiving date.
- Work with all major oil companies to address dead stock and expired products.
