Responsible for conducting on-line and telephone sales to a target customer segment. Position plays a fundamental role in achieving new customers and sales growth objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic check in calls with various existing house accounts.
- Explore additional opportunities at existing house accounts.
- Identify and resolve prior concerns with dormant and former PTL customers.
- Develop opportunities and leads with dormant and former PTL customers.
- Follow up on leads generated via Chevron.
- Solicit new accounts via cold/warm calling.
- Utilize a strong knowledge of PTL products to assist customer in consultative manner when placing orders, determining product capabilities, and gaining share of wallet within customer accounts.
- Collaborate with PTL outside sales team to support customer requests.
- Partner with appropriate internal business partners, outside sales, accounting, field operations to ensure proper set up of correct ship to with directions for customer accounts.
