Position Summary:
The Finance and Treasury Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer and regularly works with many departments across the organization. This role is a hands-on manager with oversight of all treasury functions, including cash forecasting, borrowing base reporting, and bank relationship oversight while ensuring efficient liquidity management and optimal capital allocation.

The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and performance of his crew, vessel and tow. This role is responsible to ensure the crew is carrying out all of their assigned duties and for ensuring that all equipment is kept neat, clean, and in good working order. The Pilot is designated as Vessel Security Officer with full authority as outlined in the vessel security plan to protect the crew and company equipment. The Finance and Treasury Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer and regularly works with many departments across the organization.
