Position Summary:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Execute day-to-day tasks related to DM2 Master Data for Buyback customers for all entities of Pilot Thomas Logistics (PTL). Requires attention to detail, good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, self-reliance and successfully execute project management skills that will include all aspects of buyback customer accounts. Responsible for entering prices into the Enterprise software (DM2) and performing ongoing audits and maintenance to ensure accuracy.

Processes & procedures for monitoring equipment expenses in fuel consumption, maintenance, and repair. Involved in the analysis of maintenance costs, trends, best practices and technology.
Oversees the maintenance, compliance, and cost-control processes for a large-scale fuel and lubricants company operating more than 400 rolling stock assets across 7 regions and 56 terminals. This role will ensure the execution of preventive maintenance programs, vendor management, and timely handling of unplanned and critical repairs. The Coordinator will also manage all administrative and regulatory requirements related to vehicle registrations, permits, IFTA reporting, and fuel/tax compliance. With a focus on expense management and accounts payable, this position plays a critical role in optimizing fleet performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cost efficiency across the company’s regional operations.

The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and performance of his crew, vessel and tow. This role is responsible to ensure the crew is carrying out all of their assigned duties and for ensuring that all equipment is kept neat, clean, and in good working order. The Pilot is designated as Vessel Security Officer with full authority as outlined in the vessel security plan to protect the crew and company equipment. The Pilot is responsible to follow all of the provisions of the Certificate of Inspection (if issued to vehicle).
Assists to maintain oil and diesel tanks and accessorial equipment associated with the tanks.
